This notice explains how Om Vastra use the information submitted through this website's wholesale enquiry form.

Information we collect

The form asks for your name, company or business name, email address, country, business type and enquiry details. You may also provide a WhatsApp or phone number, estimated quantity, product interest, article reference and sourcing timeline.

We store a hashed network address, submission time and an enquiry reference to help limit spam and manage submissions. Please provide business information only; do not include payment details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Why we use it

We use your details to assess and respond to your sourcing request and to continue the related business discussion. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm an order.

Storage and email delivery

Enquiries are stored in the website database before an email notification is attempted. Our hosting infrastructure processes this information to operate the website.

FormSubmit processes the submitted business contact details and requirements to send the enquiry to wholesale@wearnovera.com. FormSubmit also maintains a submission archive under its own service policy. See FormSubmit's documentation for details.

Email delivery can be interrupted. A stored enquiry may remain available in the website database even if the email notification cannot be confirmed. We retain business enquiries while needed for the discussion and related records; a fixed deletion schedule has not been configured.

Cookies and tracking

We do not install advertising trackers or analytics tools. The hosting infrastructure may use essential security cookies to protect and operate the website. There is no newsletter signup or automatic buyer marketing subscription.
